These terms and conditions (referred to herein as the "Terms") are an important legal document governing the Cbazee online gaming platform. By registering on Cbazee or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

Membership and Registration

• You must reside in Bangladesh or hold a valid Bangladeshi identity.
• Your account must be registered in your own name; accounts opened under another person's name are not permitted.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in recreational gaming.

Registration Process

To become a member of Cbazee, you will need to complete a simple registration form with accurate and complete information. You should regularly check the email address and phone number you provided, as we will use these to contact you.

After registering, you will need to activate your account by verifying your email address and phone number. Financial transactions will not be available until the verification process is complete.

Account Security

We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security. We strongly recommend enabling this feature. When 2FA is active, you will need to enter an additional verification code each time you log in.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Live Betting

Live Betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds in Live Betting change continuously. Once you confirm your bet, it will be accepted at the odds displayed at that moment.

• Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
• Concealing your true identity or age

Violations of these rules may result in Cbazee suspending or permanently closing your account.

Claims and Dispute Resolution

If you believe Cbazee has made an error or treated you unfairly, you can submit a complaint. Start by contacting our customer support team and explaining the issue.

We will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request a further review.

Third-Party Arbitration

If we are unable to resolve your dispute, you may use an independent third-party arbitration service. This service is completely free of charge and will evaluate your claim impartially.
